Join us in strengthening and empowering the community through volunteering, leadership development, community engagement, food opportunities (community gardens/food pantry). We serve families/individuals by connecting communities with resources and information due to a loss of financial and health concerns due to social determinants of health, racial and health equity. Through collaboration with other groups/health organizations, we will work to address disparities in the drivers of health, racism and bias so that families/individuals have the fair and just opportunity to achieve their full potential regarding health and well-being.
