NHCDG undertook economic development activities by working as a community partner to help bring the Mustard Seed Community Health Center to East Greensboro.
NHCDG supports the clinic with community referrals and a community garden (food as medicine) providing fresh produce to the patients. New Hope Community Development Group and their faith-based partners also support by volunteering and collaborating with the health center at on-site events. The Mustard Seed Community Health Center is located on New Hope Missionary Baptist Church’s campus, 238 South English Street, Greensboro, NC, 27401.

COVID-19 Vaccinations - Getting Our Community Vaccinated
Thank you to Mustard Seed Community Health Center staff for the drive-through COVID-19 Vaccination events. A special thank you to the North Carolina Free and Charitable Clinics. Mustard Seed Community Health Center was able to apply for the vaccine through its membership with the NC Free and Charitable Clinics. Thank you to the many volunteers from the various churches, organizations, and universities who came out to help set up, traffic flow, and the medical volunteers who helped with injection observation. We appreciate all of you. New Hope Community Development Group and New Hope Missionary Baptist Church are always willing to support and be involved in community health resource programs and events.
Mustard Seed Community Health Center is still offering the opportunity to get vaccinated. Both Pfizer and Moderna vaccine's are available for children and adults. Please call 336-763-0814 to make your appointment.
