NHCDG working as a community partner in support of collaborative efforts help bring the Mustard Seed Community Health Center (a local non-profit organization) to East Greensboro.

NHCDG supports the health center by providing the community with referrals to a primary care medical home and a community garden that provides fresh produce, with patients having open access to harvest their own produce to provide a healthy meal for the family (food as medicine). New Hope Community Development Group and their faith-based partners also support the health center by volunteering and collaborating at on-site events.  The Mustard Seed Community Health Center  is located on New Hope Missionary Baptist Church’s campus, 238 South English Street, Greensboro, NC, 27401.
