Community Gardens for a Healthy Cottage Grove

The healthy Cottage Grove Community Gardens Centered Health Initiative is one of the ways NHCDG is working in collaboration with our Collaborative Cottage Grove Partners and NC A&T The Cooperative Extension Program, New Hope Baptist Missionary Baptist Church. (Greensboro Housing Coalition, Cottage Grove Initiative, Cottage Grove Neighborhood Association, and the Mustard Seed Community Health Center).

We provide non-perishable food to community members who are in need due to financial distress from loss of income, loss of a home or other circumstances. The pantry is supported by volunteer staff and donations from individuals.
